Returns or Exchanges
We are so sorry that you are not happy with your order. Due to health and safety concerns, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If the error was our fault, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please email us at email@example.com so we can make it right. All fabric sales are final. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for other products in our store.
Our shop cannot refund/cancel orders that have already been cut or processed. If you decide you must still cancel after an order has been cut, we will refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of packaging and processing your order plus putting the loose yardage left over back in our inventory. We are unable to cancel any fully completed processed orders. Please note that all fabric sales through our shop are final. However, if your order has not been processed or cut yet, we will be happy to cancel/refund your order. Please make sure you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon deciding to cancel.
