Processing Time
Our current processing time is 3-7 days.
Returns or Exchanges
We are so sorry that you are not happy with your order. Due to health and safety concerns, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If the error was our fault, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please email us at prettylittlehedgehog@gmail.com so we can make it right. All fabric sales are final. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for other products in our store.
Cancellations
Our shop cannot refund/cancel orders that have already been cut or processed. If you decide you must still cancel after an order has been cut, we will refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of packaging and processing your order plus putting the loose yardage left over back in our inventory. We are unable to cancel any fully completed processed orders. Please note that all fabric sales through our shop are final. However, if your order has not been processed or cut yet, we will be happy to cancel/refund your order. Please make sure you email us at prettylittlehedgehog@gmail.com immediately upon deciding to cancel.
Free Shipping/Priority Mail/Expedited Shipping
Our shop offers flat rate of $5 on order less than $100. Orders $100+ are eligible for free standard shipping. Please choose Priority Mail if you would like item to be insured and mailed via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like your item to ship via Expedited Shipping, please message us before finalizing your order.
Customer entered the wrong address.
Our shop is not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address due to the customer's error. If the item has not been processed or shipped and you need to modify your mailing address, please notify us immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to it being undeliverable.
Our shop uses USPS as our main shipping carrier. In most cases, an item is marked undeliverable when the carrier attempted delivery but failed. Most USPS carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your package, they'll return it to us. We will notify you within 5 business days to inform you that your package was returned to us. We asked that you respond to us within 7 days, otherwise, a refund will be processed based on the item purchase. However, the shipping charge will be deducted from your order. If the item was shipped free, you will be responsible for the shipping cost we paid to ship your order. This will be deducted from your total refund.
Re-shipping undelivered items
If you would like us to re-ship your items. You will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
The recipient refused the delivery.
A gift recipient who isn't expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it's being delivered to them by mistake. In this case, we'll refund the gift purchaser and let them know by email. Please note that the shop will not refund the shipping cost. If you want to place a new order for the gift, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
The package was damaged in transit.
If a package is damaged while it's on its way to you, please let us know immediately. Most items from our shop are shipped with insurance, and in order for us to file a claim, we asked that you send us photos to show us the damaged item. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do our best to correct the situation. If the item is no longer available and a replacement is not possible, we will refund you the item cost or offer you a similar item to replace the damaged product.
USPS is saying that the item will be arriving late.
Due to increased order volume and COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. We ask for your patience as we all navigate this difficult time.
All orders are processed within one business day. We understand how frustrating this can be for you. We want you to get your package as soon possible as well. Unfortunately, once the item has shipped, we no longer have control over the item. All items from our shop are mailed with tracking numbers. Checking the status of your package can be done by going to the USPS website or by the following link: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
Please note that items that are late due to USPS will not be re-shipped.
Lost Packages/USPS insurance
Our shop is not responsible for lost packages. You can report a missing USPS package by filing a claim at the USPS claims site. As the receiver of the USPS package, you can file a claim, but the original purchase receipt must be available. If you need a copy of your receipt, let us know. We will be more than happy to send it to you via email.
USPS may refund your for mail that is lost or never delivered to its final destination as long as the package is insured. If you would like to insure your item, please choose “Priority Mail” at the time of shipping. First-Class/ Standard Shipping is not insured. We are more than happy to assist you if you would like to purchase additional insurance. Please message us before completing your order.
Shipping Pre-Order items
If your order includes an item marked Pre-order, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship, otherwise, please do not combine your orders with Pre-orders with items available to ship. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us via email with your Order# at prettylittlehedgehog@gmail.com and we will get back to you immediately.
Information on International Shipping
Currently, we are only offering international Canadian shipping. Please contact us via our store chat or our contact form to request for an international shipping quote. We will get you the best rate possible! Once all items are paid, we will pack your order and ship it promptly. All items from the sale are final.
Please verify that your address is correct. Our first choice in international shipping is USPS. Please note that USPS does not track First Class and Flat Rate Envelopes once they leave the US. Neither delivery confirmation or insurance is available.
Pretty Little Hedgehog is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
